I know it's at least 8 years old now, but is there an official date?
I was thinking it would be nice to have some kind of celebration on such a date, just to say thanks to all the members for their help/guidance, the mods & admins for keeping this going and of course the main man Dave G for making it happen in the first place! 
I joined at the time of the Adelphi forum, but was it then that it all started?
A bit of background history would be nice!  |

I thought it was coming up to 10 years, There was a thread in the "news" section about it a while ago. Not sure when the 10 year anniversary is tho.
What sort of celebration were you thinking of?

dave was thinking of doing a webcam strip that opens in a java window.
seriously. yep nearly 10 years old and i like many too remember the old dephpi forum days. this year will see a new era in 400gb not just in the forum but the site too.
thanks for the comments speedy, this place wouldnt be the place it is now without all the people here, some come and go quickly, but there are plenty that visit every single day. quite proud to have been a part from just about the beginning.
