My CBR has full polished frame and swing arm, Engine casings, Rear sets, Yoke etc. Doesnt really take alot of polishing to keep it nice either to be honnest. However, I rarely ride in the rain.
I clean'd the bike once a month, and when I clean it I polish it of course. Just spend the extra 10 minutes to run the autoglym across the frame and polished parts too. :)
