the H model ZXR400 manual will cover most of it

Thats the one cheers zim and garthy. Its only for engine stuff realy so I suppose it doesn't matter anyway

very minor differences in the ZX4 motor - clutch assy, cams and I think gear ratios but most parts are interchangeable.

Lose weight and go faster.
