Every now and then my brakes go tight, ie as if the span adjuster has been set to furthest span, so if i barely pull the lever the brakes are suddenly there. This then remedies itself if I push the brake lever away from the bike with the back of my hand. Brakes are then back to normal. Though at first it was dirt in the span adjuster, then had brakes bled both to no avail... could it be master cylinder sticking????? |

more likely seized/ing sliding pin, then caliper slave piston, in that order. If you don't look into it soon you could end up with a seized caliper and that means a warped disc. Get your hands dirty, have a look. |
WWW.HONDACB1.CO.NR + NC29 swingarm ('29 wheels soon), Quill T3 Ti, lots of black, blade rear hangers, beet rearsets, brembo brake. Top mods: BT45's, touring screen & rack with 50L box! Stolen recovered, scumbags best not try again. |

Removed brake lever and cleaned a couple of years of black gunk from around the sliding pin, rubber dust seal and the lever and it seems to have solved it |
