Hi Guys
Ive just fitted a racing end-can onto my rvf400 and all was
running well until i had to stop riding a few mths ? anyway the bike
seems to start, but it just doesnt want to rev freely ? like it has a
blockage or other ? do end -cans need to be tuned ? has anyone had a similar experience as if it does not run quite quickly when you start it you always have a flat battery. If there are methods of diognosing the prob, can s/one please give me the details.

How long has the bike been stood up? Likely suspect will be dead fuel, clogged jets and dead plugs.

Quagmire: "I got a question for you. Why are you still here?"

Try some fresh fuel, first and cheapest option

KISS principle, keep it simple, stupid.

When i wait a few days and let the fuel in cyls dry out, the bike seems to start and run, but the next time i try to ride the bike usually floods itself and wont start ?

Hi Dools
Use some choke and don't touch the throttle, they are very prone to flooding.
Also if you start it let it warm up some before turning it of and letting it sit.
