Ahoy all.
I got round to fitting my hugger the other day (when did I get it - 2years ago? ) got from the bulk order from Asia or wherever it was.
Anyway - I cut away a small bit so my rear shock could fit past it (this was also done on my existing chain guard) but it still doesn't seem to fit very well - maybe a little too narrow or something. Has anyone else had any fitting problems with their hugger?
Mine is a versionR, not sure if that makes any difference.

I also got a belly pan - has anyone else fitted theirs? There are two holes pre-drilled in it, should I drill a couple more or will that be enough? Also - did you drill through the frame tube and attach it with long bolts and nylock nuts or tap directly into the tubes?
I'm also not sure whether to spray it black or dukes of hazard orange - any advice or pics welcome.
To be honest, it was the hugger that i really wanted to get done

Here's a (rubbish) pic of the bike in question:

Good idea ref the belly pan - cheers.
Bootz - my back tire is 140/80 but I think the hugger might not be wide enough.

I'm raging I missed out on the Bellypan and Hugger order. Any chance someone on here would be looking to sell theirs?
