Hi, it is a short stumpy exhaust and it sounds great but it does lose quite alot of power untill 8000 revs |

Finaly got round to sorting out a pic of my pride and joy, hope it works this time. You can see the slight scuffs on the exhaust from when i binned it.

thanks!
anyway... it's really tough to shop online for super4 parts as compared to the more popular bikes like cbr600, vfr and cbr1000. probably its because its more popular in Asian region only.
in any case, u and dick steele looked like u guys modded ur baby up real well. any online shops or websites to share? in particular i like the harris windshield and daytona mirrors that dick is using.
care to share bros?
hi UK super4 riders! looks like the majority of the bikes there are version R/S? if ever there's a chance to grab a hyper vtec... i'd say go for it! :D btw... u shud write in to MOT coz the huge license plate letterings are way uncool! :D
Cheers! |

Those side mirrors are the Cool Drop model made by Daytona.

There's a few specialty stores here that sell Super 4 imported bits but they're quite pricey sometimes like the Harris windshield. We now have fiberglass replicas available. Fiberglass and carbon fiber bits can be made here locally. Dick Steele has a thread at SBF about carbon fiber bits. |

Thanks.
Following your description of the mirror model name... I did a search and found a link to a japanese website.
http://item.rakuten.co.jp/windjammers/c/0000000646/
There seems to be a model with LED signal lights in it. but... i remembered Dick mentioned the mirrors costs US$50? But I figured on the website it stated 1999 Yen. hmmm... that's like US$15?
By the way... is the mirror thread size 8mm or 10mm? |

hi, this is my 400 sf,it has a micron racing exhaust, dynojet carb jet kit, rear alloy 44teeth sprocket, and billet track mirrors.I have also grinded a little bit of the seat foam, and recovered with marine upholstery, and cut off the rear mudguard piece. And it looks like this. |
