Dropped it a while ago, all sorted now, but my beautiful baby has road rash on the lh lower panel and a crack on the right hand top fairing where the mirror stay goes....

Also been looking a poss puting an rcv back end on and routing the exhaust through the underseat.

Anyhow long story short, if i replace the fairing and get it sprayed in the same colours with the same graphics how much should i be looking at?

Dream machine (where the bike was done when imported) quoted 700 for the seat, fairing and front guard... which seemed abit steep! I'm a (poor) engineering student so ill do the prep and hard work myself I just want the gfx and spraying along with a good coating of laquer!

Any ideas, esp since I live in the back of beyond! (plymouth!)

Cheers Tom

Its best to just ring any local-ish places to you and get a quote as prices vary so much from place to place.

well i nearly has one for you, i had a mate in the real back of beyond (bodmin moor) who was a cracking sprayer, but when i tried to phone him the number is dead, seems like he changed his phone :( as said above look locally, try small companies or one man bands they tend to be cheaper and do a good job as they need to protect their reputation. personally i think the paint youve got on there is pretty damn nice myself

Mine are in for a spray at the moment.
x2 lowers
x2 Mid panels
x2 seat panels
x1 H piece
x1 V piece
x1 Nose cone
x1 Tank
x2 Indicators
x1 rear seat cowl
x1 front mudgaurd

They were in a damaged but repaired state but still needed some final prep by the paint shop beefore spraying. They are getting multiple colours, decals and laquer for just £700 all in. Should be finished next week and i will stick up some pictures to show the end results

Carpe Diem
