Ive had a 150£ qoute to rebuild my shock.This seems extortinate to me!!can i not just buy a 2nd hand 1 and fit it?? or would i have the same spongeyness from a similar age one? maybe i have a fat arse. If any1 could help would be muchos grass |

i had mine re built for £90 and fitted to bike. 2nd quote was £90 not fitted. a 2nd hand one would be in the same condition as yours unless you know its been re-built. |

without a doubt, a CBR6 shock will be the cheapest option then there are a multitude of others. |
