Sub frame needs cutting shorter (save weight) ,expansion bottle needs moving , this I have under the seat hump but could go anywhere.
A strong bracket needs to be made up to take rider weight and to fix seat unit securely. No problem for a man of your talents I'm sure.

i do believe its 2004/2005 model correct me if im wrong, y cant it b the 06/07 model just done insurance repair on 1 of them, what did you have to do to get the later fzr fairing to fit ??
