Just been to fill the tank for a ride out later today with few mates filled the tank. mine only holds 10L (ish) is this about right for a 3en2? £1.03L here at tesco. and only been getting 50ish miles to £10 of petrol i am sure the zx10 did more to the mile?
Doesn't sound right to me. I used to fill up from in reserve and it was about £13. I reckon about 35 miles a gallon ... thats a guess but a resonable place to start. If your trying to keep up with a ZX10 you can expect to use more fuel as your going be full throttle more often. The ZX10 will only need 2nd + 3rd gear all the others are overdrive.
just got back in and my petrol usage must be way out, acording to my clocks (has mph converter) i done 65ish miles to a full tank, not riding it hard changing max 8k rpm must have a fuel leak someware
Have you moved any of the settings on the carbs or exhaust ??? is the air filter clean ??? Check your plugs aren't badly fouled as you must be running rich or there's a brick in your tank
