we have bought a nice shiny oxon rear shock off ebay for the race bike u eva heard of em?? they any good?? AND what would you reccommend for the amount of fork oil in our front forks if we are putting hagon progressive springs in ??

Um - no never heard of them I'd start the forks with the same as you have now ... and vary it from there. It's a bit of a cop out but but you need to set the bke up to how you want it. If you haven't done anything to the forks then maybe use the same level but with 15w oil, try it, and add a bit more then try that.
remember this I'm not a racer so all I can tell you is common sense.

um ... nooooo. I didn't run it much - I got it through the MOT but it wouldn't run with the exup plumbed in. It was a different engine so I'm not sure of the tunning. Then I needed to finish the other project, then the 3TJ. I got back onto this bike looking to respray it. I repaired the panels and primed them but then the weather was to cold (I only have a council garage). I was going to fit it with a racepipe and then sort it.
