ve got a L3 which has been stood for around amonth, started every now and then but never taken for a ride.

It has new plugs/battery.
Ive checked the plugs and they do have a spark.
Checked the fuel pump etc and fuel is getting there.

So therefor im guessing it has to be an electrical problem?
Ive checked both cutout switches and theyre fine.

Any ideas?

When you pres the starter you can just hear the motor turning and a slight 'poof' from the exhaust

i know you say the plugs are new but it sounds like fouled plugs .. they'll fire fine out of the engne but not in ..

new plugs (or really clean them up, pour a smidge of neat petrol down the plug holes and cross your fingers)

or ...

jump start it off a car... it'll spin it over way faster and should get it going ... its worked for me in the past several times..

good luck :)

sooo.. who wants to lend me 6k then ?
