Same as mine, Stephen, took my RC30 down to chris's last night, and he ran it on the dyno (now that was a scary experience) and it had exactly the same dip (and about 20bhp down) in the same place. think mine made around 96ish - am sure chris will show this.

you need to make some adjustments to that af chart and the fact they have shown you speed on a through the gear run as aposed to engine rpm on your final run dosent give you a true final figure. That graph could do with some extra smoothing for sure. That needs to go at least a main jet size smaller and that rich dip at 9000rpm needs attention. Most uego lamda sensors used for the gas meter strugle to read conditions below 12:1 afr its in there design so the fuelling graph below 12:1 afr is questionable. That final figure without load needs to be reading as close to 13 : 1 as posible as straight as you can make it anything below 12:1 is power lost. should of tried 130 main jet all round that may smooth your fuelling line out a little. Tunning to best power may stray away from the magic 13:1 figure but i wouldnt of thought yours was at best power there. That bit that looks like a gain all the way through on the second run is just engine speed over wheel speed showing that different position, i take it no changes were made between runs yet you have a power increse? |

That 9k rpm rich dip is typical of your airbox mods, where the transition from the needle to the main jet can't cope.
Even with smaller main jets (to get the top end a bit leaner) you'll still be a bit rich at 9k rpm. The best way around this is some form of restriction in the air jets. |
