Due to breaking my thumb, I never made my bike to an MOT, and then I didnt get it jetted, so as I need money now, I am gonna split it. So anything you want or need for a ZXR400 I will have. I got Dyno-jetted carbs (Needs setting up) Brand new K&N air filter PVM cast iron race dics. Rearsets I got a full GSXR1000 front brake system too. Open to offers, Cheers |

They are beet japen rearsets. Again I havent used them! I bought them from someone on here, they arent good condition, ideally need 2 new foot pegs, but they do work! Front brake system £115 plus postage? |

Can you just clarify, are we talking about the calipers from the GSXR1000K1-K3? (have they been adapted to go straight on?)
Also what size master cylinder is on that system?
Sorry for all the questions but its to go on the birds track bike not mine |

It is a complete K1 GSXR1000 brake system, lines, the job lot, I dont know the master cylinder size? I can tell you tomorrow! But it does fit straight onto the ZXR400, what I used was a bush and just used an 8mm bolts, and it worked fine, I didnt tap the caliapers out as my mate is a engineer, so it was just easier that way.

I may well be interested in this then mate, i know the GSXR calipers needed some sort of bush to allow the bolts to work but its a small matter, i was more interested to see if the master cylinder was the 16mm (5/8) one instead of the standard 14mm (lever to the bar after a couple of laps jobbie! ).
How much do you reckon for the postage? |

yes it is 16mm 5/8 (just checked!) I would say about £8.50 for postage mate. |

Ok, here is the pic of the bike I am splitting, i took it today, I do have the lower fairings, they are just not on the bike.

The bike has a nearly new rad, nearly new oil cooler, freshly powdercoated black wheels with nearly new tyres. New crush drive on the back, new front renthal sproket, with good DID chain and rear renthal sproket. Brand new K&N. Engine has just been rebuilt and needs running in. Had new piston rings, base gasket, head gasket, valve stem seals, cam chain, cam chain tensionor and all valve clearances done. The head was slightly skimmed by a shop who have done race ZXR skimming, this was mainly to make sure the head was perfectly flat when putting it back together. Got full Micron, about a year old, with a road legal can (has dents) but I have only used that can for MOT's! The pipework has been cut and re-welded so it didnt stick out as far with eyelets welded on for a spring attach type exhaust. I will sell complete bike either trick, or standard, depends on price. Only problem is I cant MOT it, but there is no reason it wont pass, but it does have some real bad fueling problems as obviously it needs a carb balance, clean up and jetted correctly, but cant really do that till the engine has been bedded in. Cheers

Well a brand new dynojet kit is £106, and carbs go for about £30 on ebay. I have only fitted the kit and thats it. So make me a sensible offer. Cheers |
